Upload the SLIC toolkit output and memory dump file just change the file extention "bin" to "txt".
I guess include slic 2.1 and 1.0 only.
I am trying to W7 ultimate DELL OEM genuine and upgrade W10.

It's all ok then only your Certificate and key are wrong !

http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads...on?p=68075&viewfull=1#post68075

SLIC 2.0 is needed for offline activations of Windows Vista and Server 2008 OEM SLP.
SLIC 2.1 is needed for offline activations of Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 OEM SLP.
SLIC 2.2 is needed for offline activations of Windows Server 2012 OEM SLP.
SLIC 2.3 is needed for offline activations of Windows Server 2012 R2 OEM SLP.

SLICs are backward compatible.

To prepare this Bios Mod You can use this Method Andy's PMT 260 :

Open Bios file and choice Other (Gigabyte not exist) then select SLIC 2.2 Dell

Method: MODULE
Options: Advanced options (tick Advanced)

- untick "only alter RSDT and XSDT tables"
- untick "only alter tables in main ACPI module"

Thanks to bandolier.wz

Or Serg008 way like STRUCTURE + HEX (manual way to add Key and Marker 2.2)
then change ALASKA into ACPI Modules !
I hope You understand all !
