Are you sure that bios is corrupt?
This mb is very known among laptop servicemen because it have some hidden malfunctions such as CPU, socket, pq41, NB.
The big problem is north bridge AMD 780G and it solve if nb changed for new only. Two blinks led after power on is widest detection if NB is not working.
If you sure that bios is corrupt, we trying to reflash it by checked way.
1. Prepare USB stick, format it in FAT32, make label HP_RECOVERY (HP_TOOLS)
2. Copy to root directory file 3635.bin renamed from 3635F13.FD
3.Dettach AC adapter from laptop.
4.Press continuos Win+B and then attach AC Adater (Battery must be dettached)
5.Attach usb stick (don't stop pressing WIN+B) and then press power button.
6.After 6 sec you can stop pressing WIN+B and see USB blinking.
7.Fan will increase rpm and beeping, usb stick blinking if all correct.
8.Laptop will turn off automatically after flashing.
If this Tutorial don't help you may have hardware malfunction. Disassemble your laptop (you can find this manual in Google) and dettach cooling system. You will see one chip named AMD 216-0752001. It's North Bridge and it is potential hardware problem.Give some heat direct to the chip for 20 sec and 300 C. After this procedure attach all parts and turn on. If it working your NB is dead (this procedure is diagnostic only).
Good Luck!
