[REQ] How to Flash BIOS?

Hi, i have lenovo, and bios update softare show me library error.
Anyway, i have found bios file in temp dir:
62CN97WW.cap (8MB)

Can anyone send me link to bootable uefi-bios flasher?

I cannot use Bluetooth when booted using UEFI, only booted using legacy boot optition. (on windos, Linux and hackintosh)
It seems like BIOS problem.

My current version is modable/ rewflashable?
If yes, what is newest modable bios to my G580?
