[REQUEST] Lenovo T440(S) (GJETxxWW) Whitelist Removal

let me know
Regards

Seems to be working for me so far.
It did take a few boots after flashing to actually get past the Lenovo splash screen though.

However it seems to be a non-issue.

Thanks again, will run for a couple days to make sure there are no lasting negative issues and send you another donation. Smile

On the T440s the bios chip is a 8 pin chip between the DIMM slot and the heat piping and is covered by a black (presumably anti-static) shield. It is about the size of 2 hard drive jumpers (maybe a bit smaller).

Donation completed.
Also for this round I ended up buying a new faster SPI programmer.
For reasons I can't explain I wasn't able to successfully read the bios chip with the programmer I used before.
This time I picked up the "EZP2010" which must be a USB 2.0 flasher as I was able to flash a new BIOS in a couple minutes compared to nearly 30 minutes with the first one I had.

Chip clip $11:

Programmer $20:

Used software and drivers from here on win 7 x64:
