Hi All
I have D630 has a Chipset (which i understand can support SATA II)
However Dell in their infinate wisdom (in the D630) at least) seem to have capped the SATA II controller to SATA I which is pretty poor TBH.
Id like to be able to unlock this and enable Full SATA II.
Q1) Has any one a lot smarter than me written a bios flash to enable this (or could it be done)
Q2) I beleive dell uses FoxConn MainBoards perhaps a Bios flash direct from them will enable this feature but i do not know the actual board dell use to download the flash.
Any help from you all out there..?
Cheers
