unlock dell studio 1749 bios [incl mem speed/timings]

Hi

I have found an unlocked bios for the studio 1749 on this forum, flashed it etc.
Unfortunately I am still unable to change memory speed/timings/voltage, there is no menu listing anything memory related.

Is there a way someone can unlock this ability in the bois?

The voltage and timing settings is not available in most of notebooks and no available in your BIOS as well .
