something wrong with this computer

This has been going to since i got the [censored] thing, Only one stick of mem will work in this thing it came with 4 sticks, I have 12 sticks, it won't boot,

this computer crashes on Windows xp, Vista and LINUX, fedora. Debian, centos, Etc etc etc.
