Is it possible to downgrade bios ?

Hi

I've a Compal FL90 notebook with 1.19 bios. I've heard that the 1.18 bios is more stabel that the 1.19... My question is, if it is possible to downgrade a Phoenix bios in my FL90. And if it is possible to downgrade it with a modded 1.18 bios with slic 2.1

As far as i know , bioses cannot be downgraded , although i may be proven wrong
