[REQUEST] Hp dv5-1190eo whitelist remove sp45138.exe Please?

I've been looking around for a few days to try to solve my blocked wifi card on my dv5-1190eo hp computer. But i cant find the original card in the whitelist, should be 8680374286801112 (flipped) or 8086 4237 12118086 (unflipped). Intel 5100 wlan, but i've been searching in winhex and i cant find the hex.

So please, does anyone have a prepared bios for sp45138.exe with the whitelist removed? or someone that can help me with it?
