Toshiba Satellite C850 turns off after cpu upgrade

Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite C850-13C that had the stock Celeron B820 processor.I decided to upgrade with a Core I5 2450M but after the upgrade the laptop turns off everytime after exactly 30 minutes.The bios is up to date (Insyde Corp, V 6.10) , the temperature is ok , everything is working perfect for 30 min .It seems that the bios has some sort of whitelist and this processor seems to be on it .Is there a way to mod the bios so that it would accept the I5 ? This is a ME (Intel Management Engine) function "Intel ® Anti-Theft BIOS Recovery Timer" after 30 min It restart laptop to force change Bios version.
Use Intel Fitc Program to open Decapsulated bios and You will find in ME parameters that function, so You have to change or bypass it !!!

i have a really serious problem i upgraded my CPU from intel Pentium Dual core B950 to Core i3 2310M because i though it was compatible since its pretty much identical except for 2 extra threads and Intel HD 3000 (2000 in pentium)

i need help to get a modded BIOS to support it it is working flawlessly and it shuts down every 30 mins exactly even in BIOS

and thats pretty much everything i know/rememebr to type

I can unlock Menu Tabs Advanced and Power, but cannot modify the Bios Code to make compatible your CPU.
So now I can show where are the locks :

So just to get this straight - one of our top contributors modifies your BIOS and takes time out of his schedule to do this for you, and you complain about the support because you don't know how to run an executable in an unzip file?
