Not sure if this is where to post, but I need a way to update my bios via Linux. A "Super Moderator" on the SolusOS forums suggested that I find a site to find out how. He said it would be a DOS boot disk that I would use to extract the .exe file from the bios update via the HP site. The reason an update is important is mine is not acting right letting programs change bios seetings without my approval that causes system to longer run until I do a "hard reset" of the motherboard causing it to go back to default settings. By programs I mean the OS itself. It gets to the point to where the wifi card will have an impact on the graphics settings too. I know, strange. Thanks in advance.
