HP Mini 2140, SLIC 2.0 -> 2.1

Hi, I would like to replace the existing SLIC 2.0 in this BIOS:

There is a 2.1 SLIC bin in the .rar archive. I just don't know how to replace the existing SLIC with it.

Sorry , buit this machine uses a special kind of bios called a ROMPAQ bios. These cannot be modded
