BDMaster is right, these bios have a signature protection at startup which prevents them from being modded. You can try out Falseclock's perl script to manually change the EFI global variables via an EFI environment.

How can I know what are those options that are hidden from me? Am looking to disable Hibernating and enabling Rapid Start witch doesn't seem to be enable for some reason but i have no access to see.

It is suppose to be there because my model offer me the drivers for Intel Rapid start for windows 8 and was working with pre-install windows 7.

I have the partition of 8G set with the right ID according to UEFI bios (did that setup many time) but when I try to install Intel Rapid Start driver it says I don't have the minimum requirement. And Intel says there's not many things to check. 1 the partition or the options in bios is not enable...

You have to convert the IFR from your setup utility into a readable format. That'll show you all the options. Falseclock's post goes over this.

And how do I do that?
