Website Design/Layout Feedback

I was wondering if the owner of this website could kindly fix several bugs regarding the layout of the website. Currently the following bugs exist:

The page at 'https://www.bios-mods.com/welcome/2014/05/wifi-whitelist-removal-petition/' was loaded over HTTPS, but displayed insecure content from 'http://www.mpltest.org/sites/marionpubliclibrary.org/files/field/image/sign-the-petition.jpg': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

Consider using 'dppx' units, as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a screen. In media query expression: (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), (min-resolution: 144dpi) follow_button.1409007440.html:1

Also, it's in best practice not to bold/unbold onhoverover/:hover, which is currently being used on the main page in the "Downloads" links. Causes the text and borders of the boxes to move around, doesn't look clean.

The custom google search bar also goes outside the defined left sidebar size.

This isnt to bash or call out mistakes on anyone in particular, just wanted to point these out to speedup the site by showing the bugs, and giving friendly feedback. Smile
