Good afternoon guys.
Im in need of some help. My laptop came with windows 8.1 so I tried to format/install windows 7. But after formatting the entire disk and rebooting (windows installation first reboot) the display went black.
As I work as System Administrator, so I tried to diagnostic the problem. Tried with external monitor to VGA connector, changing display, and even let a co-worker, which does re-balling, check if the VGA chipset was fry or something.
So we came with the conclusion the BIOS went corrupted
.
The laptop is an OEM model, imported by Exo (an Argentinian company), the BIOS chipset is Winbond w25q32bvsig 1014.
It would be awesome if you guys can help me to revive this crappy laptop.
