Can You help me push it Harder GA-H55M-S2H

Greetings and Salutations!

     I'm new to this forum but have been breaking and having to fix my GA-H55M-S2H for a while now. I built my computer back in the daaay, 2009ish, I have a Clarksdale i3 540 that I'm currently abusing at 190.0mhz x23 on my old but sturdy motherboard

I'm currently running F7 bios but it hasn't been updated since 2010. Is there any way that you can improve or update the F7 bios? Can I possibly use another close performance bios? I'm sorry for being such a n00b, I port roms over for androids so if you need some help rooting or unlocking your phone I got you all day. I'm just looking to breath some kind of new life into my setup as I think it's gone as far as a 5 year board can go. Thank you for your time.
