Hi there BDMaster, thanks for the reply! I opened the file, and it prompted asking whether you want to update your firmware from f.16 to f.37 and also not to turn off your com or open any app in the background. I clicked ok, after that it restart and a brief blue screen. Everything was so fast so i couldn't see what was it. Basically it restart the com. So I go to bios and see, my bios is still in f.16 not f.37. Im wondering is it because my windows 7 is in 32 bit mode? Not 64 bit? Or should i run the exe in administrator mode? Thank you very much Smile

You need to update before using Original One and then use Patched Camiloml !

Hi BDMaster, Im currently flashing the hp original one and currently it hang at update ec! what to do? Shall i shut down by removing the battery and charger so should i wait?? The mouse and everything is not responsive!

*Edit* So i was pretty fed up with it, so i actually took the risk and removed the battery! Im been praying to god while removing as I'm afraid it might brick the bios! Thank you jesus, i pressed the power on and boom the compaq c logo! So i go to the bios and it says F.37? I assumed the flash was successful?! Now I'm not joking but my legs are trembling and my heart is pumping, i dont know should i do another bios flashing with the camiloml one? Thank you very much for taking the time in helping me!

*Update* Hi BDMaster, thank you and camiloml for the patched bios! Basically after my attempt of flashing the original bios, i flashed the camiloml one and again like the original, it hang at the update ec. So what i did was removing the battery and turn back on. After that i pop in a wifi card from my asus laptop and it works! Although it still have the error but it is a brief one meaning it shows up quickly after that resume to windows 7. Unlike last time where it can't boot to the os! Thank you very much Smile
