After having a Windows BSOD of ACPI_DRIVER_INTERNAL I finally ended up getting Windows to boot. However, shortly after I finally fixed that the computer wouldn't show any post information.
I have a Gigabyte Gaming 7 which I know has a feature called "DualBios". Their website has a diagram that explains how it is supposed to recover itself if something goes wrong (in my case it didn't do anything).
At this moment in time I am booting successfully after manually changing the BIOS from 1 to 2.
Booting from BIOS 2 shows debug codes until it reaches the one that says its finished or loaded successfully.
BIOS 1 shows the same debug codes up until it reads the digits 36 and promptly repeats itself in a never ending loop.
