Overclocking and use DDR3 8GB

I use phoenix bios in my netbook of Axioo Pico CJM.

My netbook can't run DDR3 8GB and it's very slow. So I need to upgrade the phoenix to enable overclocking and run DDR3 8GB.

Where can I get free latest Phoenix BIOS from?

There is NO way that you can put 8 gigs ram on atom processor, most atom processors support only 2 gb an only one support 4 gb,
Processor does not support more ram then that, and there is no chance you can change that. overclocking options are Very limited and it is not worthing
spending time on that because you can get max 250 300 mhz with better cooler (only way to speed up ram is clocking cpu core{s} on atom)
