DEAR BIOS MOD TEAM,

I have a HP Omni 100-5038cn AIO computer and the orginal CPU is an Athlon II X2 250u (PLZ see attachment)

and I wish to upgrade the CPU to AMD ATHLON II X4 615E(PLZ see attachment), while i replaced the CPU and pressed the power button, after the HP welcome screen the following information displayed "UNSUPPORTED CPU INSTALLED, PC WILL AUTOMATICALLY POWER DOWN IN A FEW SECONDS"

I have no ideal how to update AMD AGESA into an AMI bios.

please help to modify the BIOS,

Requirements for request:

-bios link

2.from the PC
.zip   omni100.zip (Size: 720.2 KB / Downloads: 18) (used AFUWIN.exe)

-whats happens: It doesn't boot / it shows an error B/W ( "UNSUPPORTED CPU INSTALLED, PC WILL AUTOMATICALLY POWER DOWN IN A FEW SECONDS")

-screenshot from aida64>motherboard>cpuid
HP web told the MOBO is PEGATRON APP80-NI (Alberta-U)

Your case looks like this one.
Try to flash my mod.
If new CPU boots than make & post a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0
A new screenshot of CPU-Z is needed too.
Warning: DDR3-1066 (not 1333) is strongly recommended!

Dear DB,

I found a problem for the New Bios, Windows7 ultimate 64Bit, can not be wake up once went sleep.

what i already did are :
1. formate the driver and installed fresh new windows.
2. took off the COMS battrey for 5mintues and pressed the power botton for serval times, nothing changed.

The fans and screen are stopped during sleep, once i move the mouse&keyboard the fan is actived but screen is not maintain off(no back lights).

after the SLEEP what I have to do is hold the power button till it goes off, and repress the power button again, however system is resumed from hibernation(very slow) but not a normal boot up process.

what I am doing now is change the setting to keep the system wake.

Just want to feedback the issue, please try to help if you have time.

Did you installed all updates from Microsoft Update?
Did you tried to disable Hybrid Sleep?
With old CPU the same problem?
P.S. What DIMMs you have?
