Could someone mod me a bios with hidden settings unlocked?

Is there a any possibility to get loadline calibration unlocked?
C states would be nice. Plus i can't set nb values.

I see that there is a lot of options on some other manufacturer 750i motherboard.

At least the option to lower VTT fsb voltage.
At 1.2v it is way too high. It could be way more stable with lower voltage.
