I have several of these pcDuino8 Uno single board computers, they're equipped with some hefty octo-core ARM processors but the only OS available to run on them is the heavily locked down Ubuntu image provided by the manufacturer. The bootloader used by pcDuino devices is sunxi U-Boot, and there is a bootloader for the pcDuino3 available, but it unfortunately doesn't work with the 8 Uno.
Does anyone think they can reverse engineer this? I'd only need it to work with ALARM, but if it could function with any ARM OS installed on the drive that would be awesome.

P.S. Couldn't find a space for bootloaders or similar topics, so I hope general is alright. First time posting here but I'm generally familiar with the place thanks to all your thinkpad BIOS mods.
P.P.S. If anyone knows how to get GRUB or another bootloader to work with this device, that'd be great too.
