Hey guys, it's me again...

As the title says, I need a BIOS that can support at least the 45nm 771 Xeons for the XFX nForce 780i SLI. The original BIOS can be found here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1457704/xfx-7...t_21545765

If you could include detailed instructions on how to flash it, that would be great.

It says in the readme to use a DOS environment, is it talking about the command prompt or actual DOS?
