GA-945pl-s3 v 1.0 Wolfdale Multiplier 6x and Vcore Fail in BIOS

Hello. Need mod for GA-945pl-s3 v 1.0 for correct support Wolfdale CPUs. FSB 800 only for this chipset, i want try overclocking. 
I have also ga-945gm-s2 v 1.0, for this motherboard avalaible bios with correct Wolfdale working, download in bios-mods.com.

Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.

With new cpu multiplier 6x and cpu vcore monitoring fail in bios.
