WiFi Whitelist Removal for HP Pavilion DV4-2145dx [Request]

I am heading back to university with an old Pavilion DV4 2145dx laptop and I was trying to install a Intel 7260 Wireless-AC card. This laptop does not support the card and refuses to boot with it installed. I am requesting a method to remove this whitelist if possible.

I know this BIOS exists now, I just need to hunt the file. Do any of you guys happen to have a working link to the version of sp49543 F.18 with no whitelist? I have been searching for a working link to no avail...
