Hi there...

I was given this laptop, runnin' Win7 64bits in a mint condition and before givin' it to my dad I' d like to get the best of it by implementing a SSD with full capacity. But as a HP product, with all BIOS limitations of the brand that we know, there's no access whatsoever to a fuller system allowing to enable/disable AHCI!
That rig came with the last F.38 BIOS downloadable here (Télécharger means Download for those not too familiar with french... ):

I must say I scavenged the best I could through bios-mods.com but found nothing satifactory, most of the time 'cause the links are dead!

Can you help me with modding this limited F.38? I would appreciate greatly that sort of Xmas present!!! My dad too...
