Error 286: Unable to write data to flash with SPI lock enabled.
So We can try this trick as your Eeprom Chip is Write Protect.
Use Falseclock Method to modify NVRAM setting (VarStore Variables) and use
the EFI Patched Module to Boot form an USB Stick prepared then run this comands :
setup_var 0xDE 0x1
setup_var 0x20B 0x0
setup_var 0x170 0x1

Here the Guide :
1. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
2. Create directory STRUCTURE USB_Letter:\EFI\Boot\ (where EFI is a folder and Boot is a subfolder)
3. Download BOOTX64.EFI
4. Put downloaded file to Boot directory.
5. Restart and enter BIOS setup.
6. Make sure you have following values:
Legacy Support: Disable
Secure Boot: Disable
7. Reboot and press F9 to boot from USB stick
8. Give commands:
setup_var 0xDE 0x1
setup_var 0x20B 0x0
setup_var 0x170 0x1
9. Reboot to Windows and follow preocedure to flash your Bios MOD

When You get Windows Desktop then You have to move the "modified"
folder into C: HD root and have to open a Comand Prompt Windows with Admin Rights
(CLI Windows as Administrator) C:\ then You have to execute these comands :
cd \
cd modified
fptw -f bios.bin -bios
(or fptw64 for x64 bit Windows)
You have to see PASSED result !
