could anyone unlock cpu voltage menu to undervoltage my cpu because overheating

i tried to unlock but i found just overvolt any solution guys.

Try to use XTU or ThrottleStop for managing CPU voltage.

no controle in voltage just tdp or lower the freq .. this why i want to change voltage to 1.04 max to avoid heat and no performance lost
when contole tdp to save power it lower voltage and freq i think it is table.
