MSI FX420 unlocking Bios attempt Flashing success with black screen

Good day,

I attemted to flash my bios for optimized settings because I wanted to use GPU using EXP GDC. Flashing bios was success but when rebooting nothing appeared..not sure whether it's bricked or what..
I've tried clearing CMOS...not replacing with new one...removing ram and pressing power button with no power source and battery...
But still it is blank...
I'm using the laptop for seven years and it is performing pretty good till now but couldn't take it if it's going to go....

Pls advise
How am I able to fix this problem?

How to reprogram this type of bios E1482IMS.10B which contains exe 10B bat files in it using EEPROM usb programmer?
After reprogram how flash using the EEPROM usb programmer again?

Please advice....

Read manual instruction (how to do ) for your usb programmer, and supported flash chips.
Contain 1482_bios_10b.zip\E1482IMS.10B\E1482IMS.10B\
firmware - E1482IMS.10B - 4Mbytes (already binary format, may change extension .10B to .bin)
batch file - FLASHME.BAT
batch file - FLASH.BAT
flasher program -AFUDOS.exe
Doing backup before flashing, it's help to recover.
