No...in the best case you will get a clone, in the worst - brick

Is there any way that I can rip out a proper ROM from the backup dump and to be used to flash the other one? Help please, I am good at following the guidance.  The two laptops are identical models, the second one has a lower version BIOS and the CPU fan just keeps spinning, and the first one with higher version BIOS does not.
