Packard Bell ixtreme M5860: OLD Bios needs update

Hello, i'm new in here, so i'm not sure if anyone can help me.
FYI PackardBell dont do any new stuff BIOS included...

I'm using PackardBell ixtreme M5860 bios P01-B0, as you can see (from the image) it's very old, and do not supprot windows 10. Since my PC after update is acting weird, for example i cant turn off PC using shutdown option in windows, if i press it (it goes black, but keeps working), also if i press restart in windows, it will likely shutdown or screen goes black but wont shut down... Also i'm having some general problems with PC, i think all of these come from BIOS... Because i did some stress tests, and PC handles them...
