WPH files doubt - Same content but different sizes
#1
This doubt is when choosing the WPH for flashing in Phoenix Technologies LTD BIOS. Regarding this matter I have seen that there are some files with same content but different size. IN my particular case I've seen that there are ones of 1024Kb and others of 1028KB.

The curious thing is that in many cases the content of the files is identical, checked with HdX editor. However, one has 4KB more than the other. Why does this difference exist? Which one should be used? Does it depend on the type of SWinFlash.exe used?

The two files I uploaded contain the R2101Q0 for a Sony Vaio VGN-CR. Which one should I use, the big one or the small one?

Attached Files
.rom   R2101Q0_1024KB.ROM (Size: 1 MB / Downloads: 2)
.rom   R2101Q0_1028KB.ROM (Size: 1 MB / Downloads: 2)

Second file is WPH-file with additional information for the flasher. Use it.
