HP BIOS - Invert/Change Bios Background Colours, Is it Possible?

Hi guys,

I have a HP laptop which has two internal disk drives (M.2 & SATA), one is for work, another is for personal use. The good thing about the HP Bios is that it has a setting which allows internal disk connection ports to be Enabled/Disabled from the bios, so I regularly switch between the two drives and only ever have 1 port enabled at a time, this means the two systems can be completed separate from each other.

The problem is that when regularly accessing the bios, especially in the evening/night when it's dark, the default bright white background of the bios becomes blinding - is it possible to change the colour to black background and white text instead?

I have the BIN file for a bios update from HP so if that can be modified, I will then be able to run it as a simple update file.

I've found a few YouTube videos showing how to edit the HP bios file but in the videos, when the bin file is opened up, it's a bunch of numbers which give no indication about which values change which settings...
