[REQUEST] Acer 4252 (No more HDD password freezing)

First thanks for the opportunity to bring this issue I am having. I have this Acer Aspire 4252 which keeps freezing the HDD password no matter what I do. The only thing that keeps it from freezing is updating the BIOS and never accessing it after. I wonder if it would be possible to change it so it's unable to ever freeze or ask for a HDD password. I've googled the issue for countless hours and read every forum that could relate to the issue, even tried a moded unlocked BIOS version someone kindly shared here on this forum to no luck.
