Hello im trying to install an eGPU in my laptop but for some reason it's not detecting the GPU even though it's connected to pcie slot where the wireless card was connected.

is it possible that there's an option in the bios that lets me detect it? and if possible is my bios preventing it from detecting it?

Bios is from System information: Dell Inc. A16, 24/05/2018
