[REQUEST] Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p BIOS Unlock

Hi, 

I recently upgraded my lenovo m92p sff  with a Be!Quiet!  300W TFX Gold PSU  Noctua cooler fans and an i7 3770.
Can someone unlock the bios for my Lenovo please? Since the temps seem fine I would like to try activate the turbo on all cores. Also my system is doing at every start  2 very loud beep posts (one is the regular startup beep the other is a fan error beep because it seems the noctu fans are to slow for the boards taste. If it isn´t possible to unlock the bios, is it atleast possible to mod this startup beeps away since they are really annoying and loud and there is no setting in the current bios to disable them .

can someone please mod this bios for me i speficaly need secure boot and tpm (for windows 11)

Usually, links for BIOS from manufactuers won't do anything and toy might need to do BIOS dump with soft (like FPTW and other) or programmer, but I am a newbie too, so might be wrong
