toshiba p100 wifi whitelist

sp100v470.exe is the bios file. PCI ID   PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4222&SUBSYS_10408086&REV_02 orig wifi card.

Is it possible to whitelist removal for my toshiba p100 PSPA0C-06X02C.
If I put in any other card in the laptop it wont fully boot..its on but no bios screen. the wifi card in it is the worst
Intel pro wireless 3945abg. Trying to put in a ac 7260.
