[REQUEST] HP Pavilion dv6748us BIOS Unlock

Hi, I was looking for someone to kindly unlock the BIOS of my HP Pavilion dv6748us.
This is the installer file of the latest bios update package. 
I hope thats all you guys need to help me. If you need anything else, please let me know. I'm really interested in this topic and I admire what you do for other people.

P.S.: I also need to have the WiFi Whitelist removal. I dont knnow if its the correct place to ask tho...  I noticed that the on site BIOS archive has (what it looks like) the same BIOS updaye package as my laptop uses, but I cannot download it. Maybe, if you have acces to that file, you could just apply the Unlock to the WiFi Whitelisted BIOS. But if thats not possible, no worries.
