Hey, guys. I was wondering if it would be possible to mod this bios to allow increasing UMA past 2GB, I wanted to have it at 4GB. And before it gets asked: nope, it's not maxed out at 2GB because of lack of ram, I already have 20GB of ram, which is the maximum for this laptop. The factory minimum is 8GB, but UMA is still maxed at 2GB regardless.

(also probably attached in this post, I'm new here so I'm not sure it really got attached, lol)
This laptop is very popular and honestly locking the UMA at 2GB is a very bad decision from Lenovo, cause the Vega 8 can absolutely handle more than it and most games (and specially emulators) max out on VRAM WAAAY before the actual GPU gets maxed out, so it's basically throwing performance away due to the lack of VRAM. This card can easily do stable 1080p30 low on a lot of recent games, but is prevented from doing so by the lack of VRAM :/
Games like Zelda: TOTK would also be able to be played even at 2k30, GPU utilization is extremely low, VRAM is all that's preventing this laptop from being the ultimate emulation machine!
