I have a ViewSonic OPS slot PC, and I'd like to be able to run this CPU (Rocket Lake ES QV1L) - it's alleged to be an i9-11900T but with a bit lower clocks. It has a H510 chipset and came with a i5-10400T which works fine. There is no POST at all with the QV1L, no video. CPU heats up but that's about it. I don't have any other 11th-gen CPUs to try but this chipset should be fine with a real 11900T.
I think the ASRock H510M-ITXac is pretty close in terms of what chipset features are in use / what CPUs are supported, with the exception of >35W parts; this may be a good donor: https://download.asrock.com/BIOS/1200/H5...00)ROM.zip
The original BIOS is not downloadable from ViewSonic, dump is attached. Can someone help me out?
EDIT:
Ended up figuring it out, it did not help. Did not end up using anything from ASRock, although that board is supposed to work with this chip as it turns out. I already had microcode for every LGA1200 CPU from Viewsonic, up to the end of 2020 at least. Rebuilt the microcode table with the latest available, flashed it, QV1L no boot, i5-10400T boots fine. I think I have a dead CPU. Posting both the original and modified BIOS files here, just in case anyone else has this same platform and needs it.
