Hi, I am looking for the best VPN for my personal work. Could anybody please suggest the best VPN for PC?

I was casually seraching on Google to find out the best VPN, suddenly came across this guide. Can anyone please suggest which one will be the best for using? I am a little bit confused. But once I used Proton VPN, but sometimes it does not work properly, the server does not show the actual location correctly.
