Ask you a simple question ,decrease 100mv(-100mv) voltage and decrease 50mv(-50mv) voltage ,which one can decrease more temperature? Now do you understand ?
Hello! I have ASUS TUF F15 FX506HCB and I would like to unlock the option to enable XMP for my new 2x16 Gb Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz CL16 memory kit because now it is running only at the JEDEC 2667 MHz CL19 spec. The BIOS file is attached.
Could you please help? I'm getting desperate lol.

I guess even if you could enable XMP profile on the bios ,it still can't arrive at ddr4 3200mhz on this machine ,maybe ddr4 2933mhz is maximum value. You didn't need felt desperate ,roll back to stock memory module is another choice else.
I can help you out to unlock options ,but any bios tweaks at your own risk. First make a bios dump with this tool and attach the file. (Run dump.bat as administrator)

If I remember correctly, the default 1x16 Gb 3200 MHz RAM was using the XMP profile according to CPU-Z, so I hope it will work for the new 2x16 Gb kit aswel. Could be wrong, but even if I could get the speed just to 2933 MHz it would be great!
Here's the BIOS dump.

1. If your system has Bitlocker included ,please disable it temporarily.
2. You mod was done.
Thank you very much! I will try it as soon as I go get 2 USB sticks from my home, first one to make a backup for the original BIOS and the second to install yours. :-)

Works perfectly! Thank you so much! Had to do couple tricks to get the XMP to work (like enabling DRAM SPD Write and Real Time RAM OC or something in the BIOS) but now it works and I got the memory to run at the 3200 MHz XMP profile just fine!
I will reward you next week! :-))

It sounds great ! i want to understand something.
1. What the current cpu configuration on your machine ? if you can post screenshots from cpu-z's mainboard and cpu will be well.
2. How do you let xmp work completely? i knew enable SPD Write may let you could change the memory timimg , Real Time RAM OC should is new thing on 11th gen so i can't sure ,and others you tune in the bios.

Here's a picture of the CPU-Z info.
It works otherwise but now it seems my GPU doesn't get enough voltage when playing some Unreal Engine 4 games on Ultra because it keeps crashing and gives some GPU error messages.
I try to figure it out... too bad the voltage control is locked on Afterburner and I can't unlock it even if I delete ASUS Armoury Crate and give all the permissions in the Afterburner .cfg files etc but let's see.
