I need previous version of my BIOS version
Bios that official website provides: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp154001-...154056.exe
I have a laptop
HP Pavilion Gaming 15-Dk0042tx
for more information, here is the specification:
intel i7 9th gen
Nvidia GTX 1650
and somemore (that has no effect to this case)
and here is what happened:
i can't turn on my laptop so took it to HP Service Point,
they reset my BIOS, and i believe they just simply used Installer from HP website
i know this is my mistake, 3 days after they fix it, i just realize i'm not using GPU while gaming, and checked my Device Manager, somehow it shows error 43
Then, I don't trust that official service point anymore, and I did everything myslef, including but not limited to:
- Resetting BIOS that HP Provide in their website
- Resetting OS also downgrade upgrading OS
- Resetting GPU Driver with DDU and those not working solutions
- I did everything, i came to every forum and researching...
I come here because i have a single request:
For anyone out there, which has F.67.Rev A BIOS which older than the date in HP official website has for my laptop
PLEASE SHARE! I BEG YOU.
another reason why i fully believe that this is not hardware issue, it is because:
1. the date of BIOS version in HP Official Driver Website (August 15th, 2024? Really? I believe there is no one in this planet still have warranty or official aftermarket service this day, and after 5 years of laptop release date they're releasing new version of BIOS);
2. windows event viewer shows issue with firmware itself;
3. in condition without nvidia driver (after it cleaned with DDU), it tells me that basic display adapter has error 31 and "blabla something problem with 'POST' which is part of BIOS feature"
4. The operating system is still recognizing that I still have intergrated nvidia GPU
and maybe this will be useful too:
- I checked my system it said something wrong with kernel(?) idk man,
thank you, i appreciate your reply and grateful if it works
PS: I don't know about programming or something else, I think if it'll be work with modded BIOS, i will also be grateful
