Hello guys, i'm new to this forum and i'm not quite sure if i'm right here since i can't define my bios it just says Toshiba. lol

Could you guys answer me some questions and maybe help to modify this old thing a bit?

I have to use it for now so no other ways around, i got the overheating under control with no programs, so i can using the Turbo boost but.. as soon as the igpu starts sucking power thats were i went to the actual same problem like the overheating only difference the CPU won't throttle to 1,8 ghz instead it goes to 2,3-2,4ghz i mean thats improvement ofc. but my frames just walking away..

So i looked up HwInfo and it says there is a Programmable TDP/TDC for this CPU supported, but i read the I5 2520m doesn't support this, so if there is someone that could reach out to me and give me some more informations about this whole "Toshiba Bios??" and the TDP/TDC i would be 
grateful. Sorry for the bad english guys
