BIOS mod for thin client

I hope this is the correct board for this question.

I have a bunch of brand new Dell Optiplex 3000 "Thin Clients" that were purchased for a project.
They have been sitting in storage for a year. The project is now getting ready to begin.
At the time of purchase (covid era) the only option to get 16gb ram factory installed was to order the unit with Ubuntu.
I thought, "no big deal, they are getting wiped anyway because of our new equipment policy". EVERY laptop and desktop gets wiped coming out of the box to a known baseline. The "thin client" is a new thing for us.
Come to find out the Dell image being deployed to the thin client is checking some value in the BIOS.
The value in there now shows it was configured for Ubuntu. I am trying to install a preconfigured Dell image that contains Windows 10 iot. The deployment tool fails after it does its own sanity check.

To be honest, I am not trying to circumvent Windows licensing. The truth of the matter is, the image I am trying to deploy is already set up with certain parameters. The image was provided to us by a large service provider and it is deployed using Dells USB tool.  We provide the hardware, they provide the software.

I would like to get to a point where I can use the image they provided and work out any other issues after I can get 3 to 4 of these machine set up in a working lab.

I am totally naive to how this works. Many moons ago I may have used a SLIC utility. I am not sure if this is the same type of scenario.

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
