Here you go , i used Dell 2.1 SLIC + Certificate Included:-

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was successfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

I have found a version but I don't know if it is working here :

http://www.mediafire.com/download/l6rt8x...SLic21.zip

But i found that this bios is lacking for Slic Tbl so You have to use PMTool 2.51 here :

http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads...EFI-BIOSes

Settings :
Tool: Phoenix Dell/EFI PMTool 2.51
Method: SSV2
Options : Default

SSV2 insert new module with Slic 2.1, use it on original XP051A07.EXE file and Andy Tool will wait for Slic File You select Dell in 2.1 folder and leave all as it is, only go it will produce the Slic.exe version.
You can try by yourself, but there is Always an possibility to brick your laptop so try your Recovery mode, ask to FjFc He has Dell too an experimented recovery bios.

I have checked file posted above and it's done with method I described, so You can do your and compare Hex files compare to check it !
Into there are file extracted bios file XP051A07.hdr and executabe modded XP051A07.EXE it's Sliced just.
regards
