"Some varied lockups" does not say enough for someone to help you diagnose the issue, or try and avoid it or BIOS settings causing it. Please explain in exact detail, what happens, when and if it's always, is there BSOD codes, if yes what, does it ever boot to windows or stops every time so it's not usable with win10 etc
Does the stock A12 BIOS do the same? Aside from tools/methods, are you simply wanting someone else to unlock it again and see if it differs from the original years old one? If yes, I can do that, and update it with more modern CPU microcodes and option roms probably too.
Tools for Insyde BIOS modification can be found all over the internet, including here there is links to the entire package of inside tools (I just added new link to the thread not long ago, maybe month or two). To mod this BIOS you need to do it via UEFITool and IFR/hex, from what I see at a quick glance inside there, sorry short on time right now.
