Dell PowerEdge SC440 equipt with intel 3000 chipset, the south bridge is ICH7R, it officially support RAID 0, 1, 10 and 5. however, [censored] Dell didn't even throw RAID function into SC440's bios, there is no RAID section in that machine. So, my question is, is there any way to enable RAID in this bios and add intell raid rom 8.5 into it?
here I attached SC440's bios (slic2.1 already) and intel raid rom 8.5. I hope magic happens.
