[Unlocked] Acer Aspire 7750G Bios Options
#21
Sorry for digging out this thread again. I had the modded BIOS for the Acer 7750G from the Repository running on my machine. I used switchable graphics because I wanted to hackintosh it and needed the Intel HD graphics to be active. However when booting I have a black screen now and recovery mode doesn´t seem to work at all. I read about the option above with a USB Sata Drive and MSDOS, could anyone be so kind and give me further instructions on how exactly I have to use MSDOS in order to flash the BIOS of my Aspire 7750G?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

You can reset your BIOS to defaults by taking out the CMOS battery. Remove the charger, remove the battery and remove the CMOS battery. Now connect the charger and powerup the system, the system will go into a bootloop. Disconnect the charger, reinsert the CMOS battery and your system should boot with the default settings.

Sorry for necroposting, i have the same problem but this procedure didn't do the trick...
I've tried to remove ram, wi-fi board, dvd drive, batteries and power cord.
After this...the behavior of the motherboard with ram/without ram is the same...
I'm thinking that it can't see ram now...because the only change is from the bootloop to nothing at all
