Hi,

- This biosmod is compatible with all version of this laptop? (they are many version, my model have a i7/6gb/1to/rad6650 but i don't know if they all use exactly the same motherboard)
- Also, it's still possible to reflash original bios? (in case of rma)

Bios offering for Acer 7750/7750G (v1.21).

This mod is needed by almost every 7750 owner, because without the video tab nobody can enable permanent PCI graphics and the machine crashes sometimes.

I suppressed the possibility to disable the internal graphics device. Because this breaks the whole machine (I had to replace the motherboard). Sad
Yes, I had to replace the board. Tried every possible recovery method...
USB Stick, CD Rom... with no success. So I guess something was
bricked.

Hi, I need help.

I stupidly disabled the integrated card in bios and now I can't see what I am doing.

For some reason the bios isn't resetting to enable the card.

I was hoping someone could post screens of the 1.17 mod so I can work out steps to enable the integrated card.

If this isn't the place for this request, advise on where to post would be very appreciated!

Solution for working recovery when there is no image showing up:

I had no image but I heard that my pc is still booting up. After FN+ESC didn't work, I had a great idea.

What happens when I use an old 2,5'' sata drive, use my external USB Case, format it with HPUSBFW_v2.2.3, copy ms dos files and use standard dos bios update routine. I renamed bios.bat to autoexec.bat

Now my system is booting windows with an image again *thumbsup*
